Virtual Training

My only wish is to help anyone who determine to say “it’s time to change my lifestyle and live it to the fullest“,

Unfortunately, I only have 24 hours just like any other human being,

That’s why I created “Virtual Training” option to help you out and many others even if we didn’t get to meet, although those who are nearby me we’ll get to meet twice beginning and the end (it’s all up to you).

i) Nutrition Plan

It comes in three categories and in each one, you have the option to include or exclude protein supplementation.

1) Losing Weight

Suitable for those who’ve gained unwanted weight throughout their life and would like to shred them all.

2) Gaining Weight

Suitable for those who’re not happy with their sucked up body (just like yours truly, used to be super skinny) and would like to gain some size without becoming a freak of nature (Hulk, etc).

3) Toning

Suitable for those who’ve gain a little bit of weight or would like to gain some little bit of size… or ultimately they did a great job with “Losing Weight” and “Gain Weight” plans and aim to sustain their blessed body.

Once you’re ready to start your journey, I’ve prepared questions which through them I’ll have a better understanding of your situation and goals, and through them you’ll choose the nutrition plan you desire, if it’s confusing to choose it’s not the end of the world, I’m here… I’ll help you out.

ii) Workout Plan

It comes in four categories and in each one, you have three options used as resistance… whether to use your body only, dumbbells or gym equipment. These plans cover total body muscles, excluding “Lower Body Goddess” plan.

1) Losing Weight

Suitable for those who’ve gained unwanted weight throughout their life and would like to shred them all.

2) Gaining Weight

Suitable for those who’re not happy with their sucked up body (just like me, used to be super skinny) and would like to gain some size without becoming a freak of nature (Hulk, etc).

3) Toning

Suitable for those who’ve gain a little of weight or would like to gain some little size… or ultimately they did a great a job with “Losing Weight” and “Gain Weight” plans and aim to sustain their blessed body.

4) Lower Body Goddess

I only recommend this for those who tried to build thick thighs, tight butt, flat tummy and eliminate cellulite which is basically an overall toned legs and abs but haven’t succeeded on their own. This plan only includes intense legs and abs workouts and excludes option “Body Only”.

Please pay attention to what I’m about to say… YOU CANNOT WORKOUT YOUR LOWER BODY ALONE AND NEGLECT THE REST OF YOUR UPPER BODY… YOU WILL ONLY LOOK LIKE A SEXY OSTRICH, that ain’t right.

On Field Training

This is a limited option for those who live nearby me (Muscat, Sultanate of Oman). Usually I’m fully booked with clients so I can’t make any promises, but contact me nonetheless at

Notes & Tips on Virtual Training:

  • You may have to own a couple of resistance bands for option “Body Only” in “Workout Plans”.
  • I recommend choosing a nutrition plan with a workout plan, your body will not change to your satisfaction by food alone, it needs to transformed into a burning machine.
  • On the other hand what’s the point of exercising if you have nothing to fuel your body with, I recommend choosing a workout plan with a nutrition plan.
  • Your body needs a shock after a period of 3-8 weeks it depends on your gens, I’m not going to make you register for another plan unless you see physical changes or a relative or a stranger complements your physique.
  • Don’t spend your money on a follow-up plan (intermediate and advanced), whereas you haven’t fully used up what you have on your current plan.
  • Please don’t recommend your plan to someone else; it might cause them harm more than good… meals are calculated carefully (calories wise) and exercises are selected to suits you alone through given questions.

Here’s the thing, I’m not gonna sugar code it… you need to commit and don’t be in a harry to see results; because they’ll show up. Ask yourself this “How long were you unhappy with your condition?” although it will not take that much time to change into a better condition, understand this… PATIENCE & DISCIPLINE is a must, stick with me and I’ll change your life.
